Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: No, we currently ship only within the United States.

Q: How long does order processing take?
A: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed after 4:00 PM CST are processed the next business day.

Q: What is your estimated delivery time?
A: Once shipped, delivery typically takes 4 to 6 business days.

Q: Is shipping free?
A: Yes! We offer FREE standard shipping on all U.S. orders — no minimum required.

Q: How do I track my order?
A: After your order ships, we’ll send you an email with your tracking number. You can track your package directly on the shipping carrier's website.

Q: What if my order is delayed?

Shipping Details

Q: Can I change my shipping address after placing the order?
A: Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We cannot make address changes once the order is shipped.

Q: What happens if my package is lost or damaged in transit?
A: Contact us within 3 business days of delivery or expected delivery. Email us with photos if applicable, and we will offer a replacement or refund after reviewing the issue.

Returns & Refunds

Q: What’s your return policy?
A: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, and include proof of purchase.

Q: Which items are non-returnable?
A: We do not accept returns for:

  • Custom/personalized products

  • Gift cards

  • Hazardous materials or flammable items

Q: How do I return an item?
A: Returns are accepted by mail only.

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if damaged/incorrect)

Do not send items without our approval — unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Q: Who pays for return shipping?
A: Customers pay return shipping unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Q: Do you charge restocking fees?
A: No, we do not charge any restocking fees.

Q: When will I get my refund?
A: Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued within 10 business days to your original payment method.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Yes — you may cancel within 2 hours of placing your order. After that, we cannot guarantee cancellation if it’s already shipped.
